Energy Performance Certificates (Residential)

The objective of obtaining an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is to comply with the new EPBD directives implemented in the UK over the past few years.
The certificate presents several key pieces of information. Ratings are represented with a chart with grades from ‘A’ to ‘G’ , where ‘A’ is the most energy efficient and ‘G’ is the least. EPC’s can only be obtained by using an accredited energy assessor - such as Dyfed Energy Assessment - to survey the property.
The idea is to provide prospective tenants or purchasers with up to date information on a building’s efficiency presented in an easily understood format.
Dyfed Energy Assessment have been providing EPCs since 2007. We are fully accredited through Quidos and use the latest technology to carry-out our surveys. Your completed EPC is sent to your own email address and your Estate Agent/s as a PDF document. Hard copies are available on request.

FLOORPLANS Dyfed Energy now offer Floorplans. Increasingly, when selling or renting a property, prospective purchasers/tenants want to see a layout of the building. This provides a general layout of the property in order that people can see how it is 'laid-out'. This is an extra service which can be carried out at the same time as the EPC for a small additional cost.
